ASCAP songwriters propel Adele's 25 to record-smashing heights

One album is on the tip of everyone's tongues this week: Adele's 25. Released November 20th, the album has broken almost every conceivable record and sold an incredible 3.38 million copies - the highest first-week sales total since Nielsen started monitoring album sales in 1991.

Adele handpicked the most respected songwriters and producers in the business on 25. And we're so proud to represent eight of them, responsible for co-writing and producing 10 of the album's 11 songs:

1. "Hello"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Greg Kurstin)
2. "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)"
     (ASCAP writers/producers: Max Martin, Shellback)
3. "I Miss You"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Paul Epworth)
4. "When We Were Young"
     (ASCAP producer: Ariel Rechtshaid)
6. "Water Under the Bridge"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Greg Kurstin)
7. "River Lea"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Danger Mouse)
8. "Love in the Dark"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Samuel Dixon)
9. "Million Years Ago"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Greg Kurstin)
10. "All I Ask"
     (ASCAP writer: Brody Brown)
11. "Sweetest Devotion"
     (ASCAP writer/producer: Paul Epworth)

Congrats to all of our members involved in this history-making project!
