December 4, 2017

Violins from the New York Philharmonic and Friends of MATA performing ASCAP composer Andrew Norman’s tour-de-force-8-violin-showstopper Gran Turismo.
Three cheers to MATA! (far left) ASCAP’s Michael Spudic with composer and past Executive Director David Little at his side, both merrily outflanked by this beaming band of ASCAP composers all involved over the years in notable capacities with MATA operations and that includes (l-r front row) 2017 Pulitzer prize-winning composer and current Artistic Director Du Yun, past Artistic Directors Missy Mazzoli and Christopher McIntyre; further behind them, current Executive Director Todd Tarantino, Artistic Advisory Board Member, James Matheson and last but not least, one of MATA’s original founders, Eleonor Sandresky.
