Composer Spotlight: Jessica DiMari

Jessica DiMari is a composer for film, television and video games. Her latest film scores have premiered at the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, The Los Angeles Independent Short Awards, The National Board of Review Awards,The Directors Guild of America Theater, The Dolby Theater, The SVA Theater and BAM Rose Cinemas. Her concert music has premiered at OPERA America – The National Opera Center, Tribeca Performing Arts Center Theater, Roulette Intermedium, ShapeShifter Lab, Gallery MC, Baruch College and The Brooklyn Museum. Jessica earned her MFA in Film Scoring from the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema (Steiner Studios), and her B. Mus. in Music Composition and Theory at The Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College in New York. In addition to being a composer, Jessica is also a pianist, violinist and songwriter. She has recorded and produced one full-length album and one EP.
