ASCAP Co-Signs Landmark Amicus Brief in Support of LGBTQ Workers

ASCAP is proud to join with over 200 major companies in signing a “friend of the court” brief that will be filed with the US Supreme Court, in a trio of cases that could determine whether the LGBTQ community is protected from discrimination under federal civil rights laws.
