Biography
Originally from Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Gordon Bash attended the University of North Texas for jazz studies and music theory, then moved to Los Angeles where he actively performs as bassist/vocalist and musical director/arranger/composer.
He is attending Sundance as co-composer of original music (along with Alexander Burke) for the six-episode TV-series docu-comedy The Mortified Guide. Previous credits include documentaries Sticky: A (Self) Love Story (2016) and Mortified Nation (2013), TV series The Mortified Shoebox Show (2006), and feature-length films Callback (2007) and Project: Valkyrie (2002).
Current projects (as producer/actor) include the TV miniseries The Thirteenth Hour, featuring his original band AL1CE and a podcast series and stage adaptation (as writer/producer) of La Fille de Rêve and Evidence featuring his original band BASHROCK.
Gordon was also a finalist on America’s Got Talent Season 7, performing with William Close and the Earth Harp Collective.
