ASCAP members from all genres are racing up the Hot 100 chart this week, including Kendrick Lamar, who claims the highest-debuting rap hit (at #2) since 2010! This also marks Lamar’s first Hot 100 Top 10 in a lead role (he has had four other songs in the Top 10 in a featured role, including Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood”).
