ASCAP songwriters break records and dominate the Hot 100 Top 10

ASCAP songwriters are all over the Billboard Hot 100 this week, co-writing nine of the top 10 songs, including the smash "Despacito," which tops the charts for a record-tying 16th week!

"Despacito" isn't the only ASCAP song to make the history books this week - it also "shaped up" to be a milestone week for "Shape of You." the massive Ed Sheeran hit has officially broken the record for most weeks spent in the Hot 100's top 10, with a total of 33.
