ASCAP Concert Performance Notification Form

Using our step-by-step form, you can easily report a concert performance of ASCAP music!

Please note that Concert Performances older than October 1, 2015 (September 1, 2015 in the Educational field) cannot be processed for crediting and should not be submitted. International Performances older than three years after the date of the performance will not be accepted by affiliate societies and should not be submitted.

Before you continue, please confirm that your performance is NOT one of the following, as these types are NOT licensed by ASCAP:

Dramatic works (opera, ballet, musical theater, etc.)
Broadcasts of dramatic works
Concert performances of complete dramatic works
Performances within religious services
Events solely presented by the U.S. Armed Forces
Elementary, junior and senior high schools (Kindergarten - 12th grade)
