Since 2001, ASCAP has been offering a license agreement designed specifically for providers of "Ringtones." Today, the agreement — known as the "ASCAP Wireless Music" license agreement — provides a license to services that offer "ringtones," "ringbacks" and other music related products and services to consumers and other Wireless Music distributors. If your service provides music other than ringtones and/or ringbacks, please contact ASCAP via email to weblicense@ascap.com to determine which ASCAP license agreement applies to your service.

Note about the PDF: The Wireless Music license agreement "PDF" is formatted so that you may complete the license forms on your PC, however, it can be saved with insertions only if you are using a Adobe Acrobat; if you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, only a blank copy of the forms may be saved and you must, therefore, print the completed forms before exiting the application in order to preserve the information you input.
