New York, NY, November 1, 2007: ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) and MAC (The Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs) are pleased to announce the next Songwriters' Showcase, hosted by Jamie deRoy with special guests Lucie Arnaz and Penny Fuller.

Produced by Michael A. Kerker (ASCAP) and Jamie deRoy (MAC), the ASCAP/MAC Songwriters' Showcase offers cabaret and theatre songwriters the opportunity to present new material before an audience of publishers and other songwriters. The featured songwriters are Ron Abel, Chuck Steffan, Bernard Bierman and Barry Kleinbort. The evening will also feature the vocal talents of Marieann Meringolo and Michelle Pirret.
