ASCAP composers and affiliates dominate the 2010 Annie Awards nominations
The International Animated Film Society (ASIFA-Hollywood) honored 15 ASCAP composers and affiliates with nominations for the 38th Annual Annie Awards, honoring the year's best animation from film, television, commercials, video games, and short subjects. Nine out of the ten nominated musical works were written or co-written by ASCAP members and international composers that license through ASCAP in the United States.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony scheduled for Saturday, February 5th, 2011 at UCLA's Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California. Tickets are available here.
