ASCAP sponsored the WriteGirl Songwriting Workshop in Los Angeles. WriteGirl is a nonprofit organization for high school girls centered on the craft of creating, writing and empowerment through self-expression. The event paired WriteGirl mentees with ten professional women songwriters.
