NICKITAS J. DEMOS' "Air, Metal & Roll" in Washington, D.C., by the U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" on January 27, 2007.

MARK FISH'S Twilight by Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra on December 16, 2006, at Dinkelspiel Auditorium at Stanford University.

DANIEL GILLIAM'S "Then Sing" by Louisville Youth Choir on March 3, 2007. "Then Sing" was commissioned for the 40th anniversary season of the choir.

LARRY HOFFMAN'S Colors for trumpet and percussion on December 4, 2006, at the Maryland Institute of Art. The work was commissioned by Andy Balio, principal trumpet from the Baltimore Symphony, and David DePeters, percussionist from the Philadelphia Orchestra.

DANIEL KELLOGG'S Pyramus and Thisbe by the National Symphony Orchestra with actor John Lithgow and conductor Leonard Slatkin. The work is based on a scene from Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream.

JOOWAN KIM'S Concerto Passacaglia #6 by the Berkeley Symphony Orchestra.

ED LEAVITT'S "The Lights Went Down at Graceland" on the Elvis Presley International website.

M. ZACHARY JOHNSON'S Scherzo-Concerti for alto saxophone and wind ensemble and Two Military Pieces for symphonic band during his time as Composer-in-Residence at the 2007 Austin Peay State University Honor Band Festival in February 2007.

WILLIAM D. PARDUS' Six Songs of Birds and Bugs for soprano and piano on October 26, 2006, at Keene State College, NH.

WILLIAM PERRY'S Jamestown Concerto for cello and orchestra in Scottsdale, AZ, on January 28, 2007.

STEVEN L. ROSENHAUS' Bang! for percussion and band by the U.S. Naval Academy Band on October 20, 2006 in Annapolis, MD. He was commissioned for a work to be premiered for the NYU Harp Ensemble on April 21, 2007.

PAUL SISKIND'S new opera, The Sailor-Boy and the Falcon, in November 2006 by the Crane School of Music Opera Ensemble at SUNY-Potsdam.

VERNON TARANTO JR.'S Baroquen Landscapes on January 23, 2007 by the Florida Orchestra Chamber Players as part of the "Encore Series." The work was commissioned by the Palladium Theater to be inspired by Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 1.

JOSEPH TURRIN'S Rhapsody Noel and Three Carols at Avery Fisher Hall on December 10, 2006. The works were commissioned by the New York Philharmonic.

LORRAINE WHITTLESEY'S Einstein's Dreams, an operatic adaptation of Alan Lightman's critically acclaimed work at Carroll Community College's Scott Center Theater in Westminster, MD, on September 17, 2006.
