MOH ALILECHE with the Indie Acoustic Project's Best World Music for his latest release, North Africa's Destiny?/Tarwa N'Tamazga.

DEREK BERMEL has been named ACO's Music Alive Composer in Residence, Bermel is an eclectic composer, clarinetist, jazz and rock musician with decade-long relationship with ACO, beginning with his "discovery" at ACO's New Music Readings and subsequent Carnegie Hall debut with ACO in 1997.

PAUL BRADY (IMRO) with a Lifetime Acheivement Award from BBC Radio.

JENNIFER BRANTLEY by Clear Channel's NEW campaign, which discovers and promotes new music by independent and signed artists alike.

ANNIE DINERMAN as the 2006 Songwriters Guild designee for the Abe Olman Schlarship for Excellence in Songwriting. Dinerman received the award at a ceremony in New York City.

DANIEL KELLOGG for being named composer-in-residence for the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra for the next three years.

TANIA LEON for being appointed Distinguished Professor of the City University of New York.

ATLI ORVARSSON'S score for Strike the Tent with a Gold Award for Excellence and The Audience Award for Best Score at the Park City Film Music Festival this year.

HELLO TOKYO as Artist of the Month by Fusion Studio D Project, which is presented by Ford Automobiles and Elle Magazine.

JAMES NEWTON HOWARD with Best Motion Picture Score of 2005 for King Kong by scoretrack.net, the oldest film music website in Portuguese.

JENS JONELEIT with the prestigious Composer Award for 2006 by the Ernstvon- SIEMENS-Musikstiftung.

CORNELL KINDERKNECHT as one of five finalists for Musician of the Year by the Texas Music Awards.

RICHARD NANES with one of the highest honors in telecommunication, a silver medal for his recital at the United Nations. The International Angel Awards gave the honor to Nanes, his seventh consecutive Angel award, for Excellent Spiritual Programming for national and International Television.

KRISANTHI PAPPAS with third place in the jazz category of the Billboard World Song Contest for "One Slow Dance A Day." The song has aired on ABC's One Life to Live and NBC's Passions.

SANDY RAPP with two Outmusic Award nominations for Musician of the Year and New Album in the Inspirational category. She performed at the awards show in NYC and served as the Grand Marshal in the Log Island Pride Parade the same weekend.

LISA RATNER's score in the Emmy Award winning documentary, And the Gates Opened. The film aired on ABC and Canadian television.

ANDY SARNOFF and PAT MAIORINO with VH-1's Song of the Year award in the country category for their song "Some Flowers (Only Bloom In Heaven)."

DENNIS SCOTT with his second Grammy for Songs from the Neighborhood: The Music of Mister Rogers. The star-studded album also features Scott's own composition, "Thank You for Being You."

WILLIAM SUSMAN with the Gold Medal of Excellence: Jury Choice for Best Impact of Music in a documentary film at the 2006 Park City Film Music Festival for his score of Oil on Ice.

JOEY WELZ by being inducted into the International Rock-a-Billy Hall of Fame. Welz was a featured pianist in Bill Haley and the Comets and recorded with Jerry Lee Lewis at the legendary Sun Studios. He and his co-writer, MARTHA BARR, won TCMA Songwriting Duo of the Year.
