Commissioned

VICTORIA BOND to compose three works for the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra's Funtastic Classics Series. She also received commissions from the Fontana Chamber Arts, Associazione Culturale Amici del Convitto Nazionale Vittoria Emanuele di Arezzo and a triple concerto for the Aurea Trio and Gettysburg Chamber Orchestra.

JAMES LAVINO to compose the score for the HBO documentary I am an Animal: the story of Ingrid Newkirk and PETA, directed by Matthew Galkin.

DAN LOCKLAIR by the Virginia Chorale to compose new work for choir and strings. The piece is to be premiered during the 2007 Festival of American Voices in Norfolk, VA, for which Locklair has also been appointed Resident Composer.

ERICA MUHL-BORCHETTA by the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble to compose a new work for string quartet to be premiered in the ensemble's 2006-07 season.
