The 2006 Rhythm and Blues Foundation presents Pioneer Awards event in its new hometown of Philadelphia



On June 29th it was a night of nights at Philadelphia's legendary Bellevue-Stratford Hotel (now known as as the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue) as the Rhythm and Blues Foundation celebrated its Pioneer Awards in in the Foundation's new hometown. ASCAP was on hand for the festivities and celebrated with many R&B legends and rising stars.
