for which ASCAP has to pay for overtime or allow for compensatory time off.
Radio Analyst (Religious Genres)
Radio Distribution

The Radio Analyst will identify music performances from radio broadcasts and be responsible for researching such performances to ensure proper crediting. The Radio Analyst shares responsibility for ensuring that radio performances are paid accurately and on time and together with team members is responsible for meeting or exceeding team goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying, researching, reviewing, logging and updating performance data.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive music knowledge in religious genres (including Contemporary Christian, Gospel, Southern Gospel, Black Gospel, Inspirational and other sub-genres)**
- Strong research skills
- Team player
- PC proficient
- Effective problem solver
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
**Candidates must successfully complete a music identification test**
TV Analyst
Television Distribution
New York
The TV Analyst shares overall responsibility with team members for providing efficient and accurate analysis of public performances, to ensure that performances are paid correctly and on time. Daily responsibilities include researching, reviewing, logging and updating performance data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Multimedia Analyst
Radio Distribution

The Multimedia Analyst shares overall responsibility for ensuring that radio, Internet and other surveys’ performances are paid correctly and on time with his or her respective team members. Daily responsibilities include researching, reviewing, matching, logging and updating performance data.

- Strong PC Skills (Word, Excel, Access)
- Must have excellent research skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Radio Analyst

The Radio Analyst is responsible for reviewing distribution reports for accuracy and conducting searches for missing information within the report. Together with team members, the Research Analyst is responsible for meeting or exceeding team goals. Daily responsibilities include, researching, reviewing, logging and updating performance data.

Repertory Representative
Repertory

The Repertory Representative is responsible for researching, analyzing and reviewing work registrations received from ASCAP members. This research will result in acknowledgments to submitters and the movement of these registrations to the database.

- Must be detail-oriented and thorough

Final Collections Manager
Licensing
Atlanta
The Final Collections Manager makes outbound calls to licensed ASCAP accounts that are severely delinquent in payments. They have the ability to work with licensees on short-term payment plans to bring accounts to a $0 balance. All activities are documented in a Customer Contact Database. A significant portion of the salary for the Final Collections Manager is based on meeting monthly collection goals.
Job Requirements:
- Three to five years of previous collections experience --- commercial collections is preferred over residential.
- Must have the ability to read and understand account ledgers and fully use a customer contact database.
- Must be able to work independent, be self motivated and work towards monthly goals
