Andy Stochansky
By some measures. Andy Stochansky is a pop music newcomer. Although
Five Star Motel his private music debut, is his third release, it's his
first for a major label following acclaimed under the radar predecessors,
Radio Fusebox (1999) and While You Slept (1995). But the fact of the matter is that Stochansky has been playing music for almost his entire life;
professionally for well over a decade in a variety of roles and formats.
The Boston Globe dubbed his performance at South by the Southwest music Festival 2002 "One of the best live shows," while Canada's Globe and Mail declared that this "Weaves of seductively layered melodies... and poetic lyrics demand attention." So rather than the work of a fledging performer, Five Star Motel showcases a fully formed and inventive talent. A singer, song writer and multi-instrumentalist whose wealth of experience has resulted in the distinctive creative voice of a true artist.

Randi Laubek
Uniquely soulful and honest, singer-songwriter Randi Laubek first seduced the hearts and ears of the Danish public when her debut album Ducks And Drakes won Danish Grammy Awards for "Best Album," "Best Female Vocalist" and "Best Songwriter." It has been said of her crystalline sultry voice that "the only real comparison would be with the legendary Joni Mitchell" (Skive Folkeblad) and that "live, every one of her songs possesses a beauty that gives you the chills." (BT) Randi Laubek's current album The Wedding Of All Things (written and co-produced by Randi) has garnered her another nomination for "Best Female Vocalist." Randi Laubek's appearance at SXSW mark her live American debut.

Keaton Simons
Keaton Simons is a musician, singer, songwriter and performer who will
release his debut EP, Currently, on Maverick. With influences that range
from John Mayer to Alanis Morissette, David Gray to Johny Mitchell &
everything in between, Keatons Music is diverse & dynamic his got a voice
that is steeped in equal parts blue, soul & nostalgia he writes the kind of
songs you want to keep in constant rotation.
