Daniel Belardinelli

Film title: Don't Let Me Drown

Daniel was born in Venezuela, and is currently working in LA. In the past two years he has completed scores for three feature films, the latest of which, Don't Let Me Drown, by Cruz Angeles, will premiere in the 2009 Sundance Film Festival as in the US Dramatic Competition. His previous project was Blood Brothers, by Alexi Tan, was produced by legendary Director John Woo. The film closed the 2007 Venice Film Festival, screened at the Toronto Film Festival and was released in the US in 2008. His music has been recorded in Moscow by the Russian State Orchestra and performed live at Lincoln Center as part of a Silent Film Festival sponsored by NYU where Daniel obtained his Masters in Composition, studying under Justin Dello Joio, Ron Sadoff and the late Buddy Baker.
