Grand Finale
Emerging and Established Songwriters Share the Spotlight as ASCAP wraps up 10th Anniversary of its Sundance Music Café
Rising singer-songwriter stars Missy Higgins, Brett Dennen and Meiko joined forces with longtime critics' darlings Mike Viola and Dan Bern and others in giving this year's Sundance Film Festival participants a first-hand look at the power of music and its importance to the filmmaker's art. As ASCAP's music café entered its final days, the crowds continued to pack the event's Star Bar space on Main Street in Park City. Powerful performances were also delivered by L.A.-based folk/rock band Everest, Orba Squara, Will Dailey, Johnny Lloyd Rollins and Marcus Bentley (formerly ROAN).

Check out the sights and sounds from the last two days of ASCAP's 2008 Sundance Music Café, including performance highlights and interviews featuring Mike Viola and Dan Bern (songwriters for the film
