Born in Switzerland and based in London, Dominik Scherrer's scoring work includes music for films such as the apocalyptic The Nine Lives of Tomas Katz, the London comedy Scenes of a Sexual Nature (starring Ewan McGregor), and the new-age comedy The Truth (with Elizabeth McGovern), as well us UK television series like the new Miss Marple, Jericho, Alice Through the Looking Glass (starring Kate Beckinsale) and sci-fi series Primeval. He currently tours with his own disco-cabaret band, and composes/directs his own film-operas, like Hell for Leather, which had its US premiere at Sundance and went on to win 10 awards.
