ASCAP is pleased to offer another exciting opportunity to get your music heard at the EXPO. If you are an independent songwriter-performer registered to attend the EXPO, then you can enter your music for a chance to perform at a special showcase before an audience of prominent music industry tastemakers on the evening of Friday, April 19th.
New for 2013: The Attendee Showcase has been moved to the hotel Lobby Bar in order to allow for more attendees to perform!
All music genres will be considered. The deadline for submissions is April 10th at 2pm EST.
Whether you are chosen to perform or not, the Attendee Showcase is a perfect opportunity to network and make connections at the ASCAP EXPO.
Guidelines and Details of Entry
- You must be registered to attend the ASCAP "I Create Music" EXPO in order to submit songs for a chance to perform at the Showcase.
- Submissions are being taken online. There are no onsite submissions at the EXPO. The deadline to submit is April 10th at 2pm EST.
- All genres are accepted.
- The songs in the links submitted must be an original work written or co-written by you.
- Those selected to be on the showcase will be notified in advance of the EXPO or prior to the Showcase on the afternoon of Friday, April 19, 2013. Entrants should not contact ASCAP to see if they have been selected.
- You must agree to all contest Official Rules, Terms and Conditions. Any false information will result in automatic disqualification.
