Mike Bradford
Producer, Songwriter, Engineer - Rhythm of Love, The History of Rock, "Follow Me"
Detroit raised Mike Bradford has worked with a stunning variety of top artists. As a young musician, Mike played bass with Grant Green, Earl Klugh, B.B. King, the Heptones and many others. During recording sessions, Mike began to see the potential of the technology that he found there. Mike immersed himself in learning engineering and production techniques. Mike added guitar, drums and keyboards to his repertoire. He got production credit on Anita Baker's classic album Rhythm of Love. He moved to LA and worked on exciting projects for New Radicals and Madonna. He went back to Detriot to work with then-rising star Kid Rock to produce two multi platinum albums The History of Rock and Uncle Kracker's debut Double Wide, which included the #1 smash "Follow Me," co-written with Mike. This led to two more big albums for Uncle Kracker. Mike has recently produced and written songs for Jem, Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana), John Mellencamp, Deep Purple and Travis Tritt. He is currently performing as music director for Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics and the two are developing several new shows for Broadway and Las Vegas. Mike works out of his own Chunky Style Studios in Tarzana. |
