Natural Energy Lab is a Los Angeles based music marketing company, which specializes in film, television & commercial placement. Run by former music publishing exec Danny Benair, Natural Energy Lab offers the personal attention that is rarely found in an increasingly taxed business. Before starting Natural Energy Lab, Danny served 8 years (1991-1999) as the VP of the Film & Television Department at Polygram Music Publishing. Danny was responsible for The Cardigans writing "Lovefool" for Baz Luhrman's
Romeo and Juliet, as well as having Adam Schlesinger write the Academy Award nominated "That Thing You Do" for the Tom Hanks' motion picture. Before his tenure at Polygram, Benair was a member of the Los Angeles based band The Three O'Clock, the Weirdo's and The Quick. In six years, Natural Energy Lab has procured several hundred music placements resulting in millions of dollars in licenses for their clients. They been hired by Agencies such as TBWA/Chiat/Day to help them find the right fit for corporate clients, including Apple Computer and XM Satellite Radio among others.
