Qiana Conley

Qiana Conley

Qiana's interest in the entertainment business started early as a performer and later developed as her natural knack for event planning and execution was furthered through her involvement in entertainment-based organizations. As an Undergraduate at the University of Southern California, Qiana honed in on the music business as her entertainment arena of choice as the Program Board Performing Arts Director. In this position she helped to develop and promote the coveted campus "Springfest," a 16-hour concert for over 12,000 attendees featuring hitmakers Ice -T, Blink 182, Mack 10, Mike D of Beastie Boys, and Tha Alkaholiks . Upon graduating from USC, Qiana landed a position as an Executive Assistant at Sony Music's Epic Records Group.

As an employee in the A&R and Promotions departments of Epic Records, Qiana was significantly involved with the development of such Epic artists/projects as Michael Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Barbershop soundtrack, Sade, 3LW, Ginuwine, and B2K. Her aptness in mainstream pop and urban Culture from music and film to talent and fashion made her an ideal component of the Epic Records urban division from 2000-2003.

Currently, Qiana's experience and talents are being utilized as Director of Creative/A&R for Notting Hill Music Publishing for which she manages writers and producers such as Robert Waller (Beyoncé, Eve), Cee-Lo Green (Pussycat Dolls), The Trackboyz (Nelly, Nappy Roots), Bryce Wilson (Groove Theory, Toni Braxton), Platinum Status (B2K, Destiny's Child), Colin Wolfe (Madonna), Mike City (Brandy, Carl Thomas, Jamie Foxx), Kochease (Yung Joc), Red Spyda, Reefa, The Runnerz (Fat Joe, Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy) and many more.
