As Creative Director at BMG daily responsibilities include signing new songwriters to the company as well as working with our current staff songwriters on collaborations/ industry and artist updates and song direction; while also focusing on songplugging and catalogue exploitation. Prior to operating his own artist management firm, which he founded in 2004, Brad spent five years at Sony Music International and its Epic Records label. He was most recently A&R Manager of Epic/Sony Music International, where he worked closely with Sony's global affiliates and helped break international artists in the U.S. Throughout his career, Brad has worked with platinum artists like Good Charlotte, Anastacia & Delta Goodrem. |
