ASCAP bands were rockin' all over the place during the 2005 CMJ Music Marathon. This year's ASCAP Presents… Showcase at Sin-e was exceptional with amazing performances by talented up-and-coming songwriters from places as diverse as New York, California, Canada and England. We also sponsored the indie label showcases of Lookout! and Kill Rock Stars, as well as a huge Filter magazine concert at the Hiro Ballroom. We also celebrated the release of the second ASCAP/Shout! Compilation with acoustic performances from Nethers and Youth Group. We also caught some hot shots of ASCAP bands performing around town during the festival for your viewing pleasure.
