Arts Festival, Bumbershoot 2003, one
of the biggest music and arts festivals
of its kind. The festival took place
over Labor Day Weekend (Friday, August
29 - Monday, September 1) in Seattle,
WA.
ASCAP events included the popular
"ASCAP Presents..." showcase;
a panel and discussion with Todd and
Jeff Brabec, plus 4 days of live music
at the Experience Music Project Sky
