Superfly Productions, co-producer of Bonnaroo, is well known for their tremendous Super Jams. With no pre-announced line-up, the crowd was treated to a surprise appearance by sax great Maceo Parker, who joined many top musicians for a funky set.

Yonder Mountain String Band

Yonder Mountain String Band, featured in an interview in the June 2004 of ASCAP's Playback Magazine, brought their jam-infused bluegrass to the masses at their second Bonnaroo.

The British five-piece Gomez performed their blues-tinged rock to a new crowd under the sweltering heat.

Blue Merle

Emerging out of Nashville, Blue Merle combines bluegrass with elements of southern rock and will be making big strides with an upcoming studio album on Island Def Jam.
