ASCAP and the Mike
Curb School of Entertainment Present...
Drive I-65 : A Battle of the Bands 2004
ASCAP reps from the New York and
Nashville offices, together with the Mike Curb
School of Entertainment at Belmont University
produced a contest, Drive I-65, A Battle
of the Bands, for high-school students
to compete for an incredible package of music
prizes.

Run Lead were the five finalists selected
to battle it out on May 8, 2004 at Rocketown in
Nashville in front of an enthusiastic audience.
3 Run Lead were named the lucky
winners and received four Epiphone guitars provided
by Gibson, a $500 gift certificate from the Guitar
Center, in addition to a consultation package
from the Mike Curb School of Entertainment at
Belmont University and ASCAP to include one-on-one
meetings with a music business attorney, a manager,
a publisher, a booking agent, and an A&R professional.
