Marc Demone Dickerson
has been named the Atlanta-area
recipient of the 2003
Heineken Music Initiative/ASCAP
Foundation R&B grant
program. Dickerson received
a $3,000 grant for his
winning song "Brand
New."
The grant program assists emerging
R&B songwriters in furthering
their careers, and will benefit
songwriters in key music markets
across the country.
