ASCAP hosted its 21st Annual Latin Music Awards on March 20th, 2013 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, CA. The songwriter and publishers of the most performed songs in Latin music in 2012 were honored for their extraordinary achievements. Special honors were given to Romeo Santos, who was presented with the Songwriter of the Year award, and Ramon Ayala and Sus Bravos del Norte, who received the ASCAP Creative Voice Award.

The evening's top honors were awarded to the following:
