ASCAP members lead Grammy Award nominations

OutKast, Beyoncé and Jay-Z tie with 6 each. Outkast nominated for Album of the year for Speakerboxxx|The Love Below. Beyoncé along with Jay-Z is up for Record of the Year for their collaboration "Crazy in Love."

Missy Elliott, 50 Cent, Justin Timberlake, Luther Vandross and Ricky Skaggs have 5 nominations each. Missy Elliott is in line to secure Best Female Rap Solo Performance for her single "Work it." 50 Cent is undoubtedly up for Best New Artist. Justin Timberlake received a nomination for Album of the year with his solo project Justified. Luthers Vandross is up for Song of the Year with his single "Dance with my Father." Ricky Skaggs is up for Best Country Instrumental Performance for "Get up John."

The winners will be announced on February 8, 2004 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
