Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley Among Big Winners at 41st Annual CMA Awards
ASCAP members had a big night on November 7 at the CMA Awards - Country Music's Biggest Night. The three-hour, star-studded live telecast from Nashville on the ABC Television Network was watched by approximately 34 million viewers. The Eagles performed their new single "How Long", which was the group's first awards show performance in their history. Oscar winner Jamie Foxx sang with Rascal Flatts. James Denton, Kate Walsh and Kimberly Williams co-hosted segments during the evening.

There were standing ovations for ASCAP's Jennifer Nettles (Sugarland) and Kellie Pickler. Jennifer is one to watch to become the next big star. She also co-writes almost all their songs. Male Vocalist winner Brad Paisley thanked ASCAP in his acceptance speech. Overall a great evening for ASCAP members.
