ASCAP Sweeps 2008 BAFTA Awards
Music Nominations

ASCAP is proud to announce that all of the film scores nominated for the 2008 British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards were written by our international family of composers. In an announcement made on January 16th, ASCAP composer Marc Streitenfeld and foreign affiliates Jonny Greenwood, Christopher Gunning, Alberto Iglesias and Dario Marianelli were nominated in the BAFTA awards' sole music category. This year's ceremony will be held on Sunday, February 10 at the Royal Opera House in London.
