ASCAP Members Forest Whitaker & Alan Arkin Win BAFTA Awards
In a ceremony held on February 11th at the Royal Opera House in London, ASCAP members Forest Whitaker and Alan Arkin won acting awards from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). Whitaker was honored in the Actor In a Leading Role category for his role as Ugandan dictator Idi Amin in The Last King of Scotland, while Arkin earned the Best Actor in a Supporting Role award for his work in Little Miss Sunshine.
