General Licensing Interactive System
ASCAP is upgrading our web-based concert reporting system. Your time is important to us, so we have added a number of enhancements, which will speed the process of reporting.
The system will continue to offer you the capability of:
- Viewing the account balance online.
- Identify quarterly reports to be completed through current report quarter only.
- View current quarterly report due.
- Pay your account electronically using Visa, MasterCard or E-Check.
In addition, the new system will now allow you to personally manage your ASCAP account on-line by giving you the ability to:
- Access your account balance in “real time.”
- Enter an event, submit a report, view current ledger balance, which includes the reports just submitted.
- Print an up-to-date invoice/statement.
- View ledger history based on time frame you select.
- Post reports for quarters within a year all on the same screen.
- See at a glance which quarterly reports are completed or still outstanding.
- Automatically calculate license fees.
In order to maintain your privacy, you may continue to utilize your previously issued personal password for your access to this system. Please contact us if you require a password or have any questions about the ASCAP Concert License Agreement, our procedures or repertory.
