David H. Johnson

David H. Johnson joined Warner Music Group in 1999 and most recently served as WMG Executive Vice President and General Counsel prior to being named as Chairman and CEO in April 2007. Johnson previously was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Sony Music Entertainment and held several posts at CBS Music.
