A native of Providence, RI - and very proud of that fact - Jon Bahr has been a key member of the Marketing Department at ASCAP since 2003. Jon has been an integral part of the successful annual ASCAP "I Create Music" EXPO conference, involved in logistics, customer service, content, sponsorships and marketing the event. Jon is deeply involved in ASCAP's partnerships and member benefit offerings, its social media intiatives, general marketing and website content, and serves as Associate Editor of Playback. Jon has also worked in booking agencies (one rock, one jazz), tour marketing, festival production and artist management, and has done a bit of freelance concert photography. Jon lives in Brooklyn where he enjoys food, including those items he grows on his rooftop garden.
