ASCAP co-hosted a #1 Party in Nashville on Tuesday, August 28th to celebrate the team behind Carrie Underwood's fifteenth #1 single, "Good Girl." Music Row came together at the CMA offices to honor ASCAP co-writers Chris DeStefano and Ashley Gorley, along with fellow ASCAP member and longtime Underwood producer Mark Bright. The hit single marks Gorley's eighth #1, extending a run that also includes Underwood's "All-American Girl," while "Good Girl" became DeStefano's first chart-topper. DeStefano and Gorley also co-wrote Jana Kramer's debut single, "Why Ya Wanna," with Catt Gravitt, which is currently climbing the charts.
