June’s installment of ASCAP’s popular monthly showcase series at The Bluebird Cafe featured veteran Nashville hitmakers Walt Aldridge and Dave Berg, rising songwriter-artist Eric Paslay, and buzzworthy newcomer Carly Pearce. This month’s edition of ASCAP’s long-running writers-in-the-round celebrated The Bluebird Cafe’s 30th birthday. The Bluebird’s extended celebration kicked off this week with special daily performances from some of music’s biggest artists and hit songwriters, including numerous homecoming shows, special concerts, guest appearances and events that are planned each day and throughout the coming year.
