Sharon Farber (l) and Gloria Greenfield at the Unmasked premiere
On June 13th, director Gloria Greenfield presented the Los Angeles premiere of Unmasked - Judeophobia, scored by ASCAP composer Sharon Farber. The film deals with the roots of anti-semitism in the Christian and Islamic worlds and its effects on humanity. The moving and at times terrifying score accompanies the film and brings about an added dimension to this important and difficult issue.
In addition, Farber was recently commissioned by iPalpiti Artists International to compose a new piece for string orchestra. The piece will have its world premiere at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on July 20th, 2012.
